Beetroot Crisps

Helloo friends,

It’s been a while and feels good to be back .. I have an interesting recipe today. To be really honest, this was sort of an experiement. The other day, when I came back home after an evening walk, I got an idea to make something different out of what I bought that previous morning – beetroots. Now, normally I would make beetroot halwa (a dessert) anytime I buy these, but this time I thought why not make a snack out of these – and a spicy one at that .. Put a few things together, mixed and fried and the result is a yummy crispy snack. Hope you check it out and give it a try!

Review: LUSH – I love Juicy Shampoo

Hii everyone!!!

Just realised it’s been a while I’ve posted a review post and thought what a perfect timing as I’ve been using this new shampoo since about a month now and wanting to post my opinion on it!

Soo, I have always heard about people raving about LUSH and it’s products and been eyeing this store ever since I saw it, but never checked it out until about a month ago. Loved my entire experience at the store!!!

After a little chat with the girl who works there, I’ve decided this might be the shampoo for me and yes, it indeed is a refreshing new addition to my hair care stuff!!!

It’s the “I love juicy” shampoo and here’s my review on it:

Mint rice

How is it going?

Have you ever wondered what to make when all you had was a bunch of mint at home?! .. Well, you can make a full meal with fresh mint and some basic indian cooking ingredients .. Mint rice, Mint Pulao, Green rice however you wanna call it, you gotta taste it to believe it

I make this all the time and it’s perfect for lunch boxes or for dinner..

And I must mention, the pictures do not do good justice to the taste. One has to taste it to enjoy the deliciousness, trust me!

Black bean and Corn dip

I am soo excited today to present you with a very, very easy and delicious recipe of a light evening meal or a perfect snack – a mexican inspired dip recipe (again!) .. you can easily say I love mexican .. especially dips and chips!!

I came across the idea of this recipe online when I was searching for dips when I had bell peppers, corn and black beans at home (and was not in the mood to make something exhausting). An awesome replacement for the spices was from the ladies at ‘showmethecurry’ who used taco seasoning .. so I stole that idea from them

OK .. This is probably one of the face masks that can kind of be eaten as well .. ok ok please don’t get grossed out .. the only reason I’ve said that is, because it’s made of Chocolate !!!
